They are very friendly but the only thing was it took a long time for them to get back with us. I don't know if they are busy or what but we waited a long time. I went and looked on Angie's List and he finally called.

Went very good. Dave is very professional . His work is outstanding. We are extremely happy with our new door. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

The employee, Jorge was very nice and courteous.  The problem was my wife and I found his English very hard to understand.  We were not able to communicate our thoughts with him as work progressed.  He did a very good job and he got a lot of dust our of our ducts.  We could see it in the machine he used after the job was completed.   
My real disappointment is that he didn't take off each vent before blowing air into the duct.  The company's plan gets a lot of dust (my vents hadn't been done since new 20 years ago); however, if the each vent is removed, the device that blows air into the duct could be inserted into the duct with obvious increased benefits.  That is not how the company does it.  I purchased the Angie's list deal.  Perhaps if I had the company do the work normally, they would have charged a lot more and removed the vents.  
I went ahead with the project because of the deal.  If the cost would have been 500-600 and they would remove the vents, I'm not sure I would have chosen spending the extra money, so I am pointing out the deficiencies in the process not complaining about the work done for $200.

The installer was very precise, professional and possess incredible craftsmanship as demonstrated by fine details of his work. He was on time and also was very clean and organized. Will recommend him and the store without hesitation!

Dave Shepard was the installer and he provided excellent service.   He realized that the door ordered was not the right color to match the front of our home, discussed it with us and then contacted Lowes to have the correct door ordered.   He then did the installation and did a thorough job.

This was a storm door installation on the front of our home.  We had
moved into this home 2 years ago and are slowly but surely trying to
bring this neglected home up to date.  This front door area was very
poorly installed by the previous owners who did not use professionals
and it showed.  Dave was able to correct some issues and installed our
new door. 
The door looks beautiful and we feel that it truly
improves the curb appeal as well as the versatility of having this
Larson Trade Winds so that you are secured but can have ventilation at
any time.
If I wasn't happy enough with our new door I think our
dog would have gone with Dave in a heart beat so how can you beat a
recommendation like that?

It was excellent.  This was the first time I had used them.

Paul was the representative who performed the work and he was absolutely on point and great!  He came promptly first thing in the morning as he said he would and worked quickly and efficiently.  He worked very neatly and in an organized fashion.  The wires were run very professionaly and the quality was top notch.  He installed 2 brand new garage door openers in a new home, which needed the braces and rails, in less than 90 minutes.  He explained the operation and use of the systems and then left.  I wish there more for him to do since he performed it so well.
I couldn't help but put in my first rating here on Angie's list becuase of the service I received.
