He came and service the pool but never told us what we would need to keep the pool clean. He left us clueless. We needed several things after the fact. We tried calling him many and never got a response back. He caught attitudes when we was explaining the what we didn't understand. He seems to be in it just for the money and not the customer.

I think he’s awesome because he has called me back several times about the work I will have done. He let me know the status of the job and what type of chemicals he is using, and how the job is going.
