Only one worker came out to perform the job. It was good. The only reason for the 'B' as overall is because of the scheduling issue I had.

I've hired DJ's twice. The first time came as a recommendation from my neighbor (DJ's installed their whole irrigation system). A communications company hit my sprinkler line and offered to reimburse any expense. Not knowing one company from the next, I went with my neighbor's recommendation. Man, I like these guys. They'll talk to you, explain things along the way and leave the place very neat. Since I'm a DIY'er it really means something for me to hire people. I'll pay these guys again no problem. So, they came back for my winterization. I explained that one valve doesn't turn on from the main controller. They found the wire that wasn't connected and assigned a zone to it. Even better, he rearranged the zone wires after integrating the forgotten one. All this while doing the winterization! And at no extra charge. I'll still do my minor repairs, but if I need a pro, I'll hire DJ's Lawn Sprinklers anytime.

A few years ago they installed my sprinker system and did an awesome job, so I knew I can trust them to come back and rearrange the sprinkler heads. It took Roger and his employee less than an hour to finish the job. I was impressed how fast they were working.
They dug up the sprinkler heads that were on the other side of the fence and pulled it through the front, tested it and were done.

They arrived late, howver, they did call to let me know they were running late. The lead worker was friendly and answered my questions. I did want to get a quote for a yearly service and he advised I should email the owner. I did but never received a response back. Their prices seemed competive with other sprinkler companies.

They are great. We use them twice a year to winterize and open up the sprinkler system. They are pretty good.

I give them all A's.

I made several calls to vendors searching for sprinkler shut off service. DJ's was able to work around my schedule and were on time. The company was very responsive and provided a number of self service money saving tips.

They listened to what we wanted as we may be adding an addition on to the house at a later date. They gave us an estimate and are very responsive. We don't have a garage, so they installed the control box in the basement. When the sprinklers were turned on, there were water pressure issues and they installed a pump to help increase the water pressure. After they had the pump installed then they needed to change the sprinkler heads to rectify the problem. This company worked to rectify the water pressure problem even though it was not their responsibility.

Connie answered the phone when I first called and was very helpful and courteous. She said someone will come out and provide me with a written estimate. Don, one of the owners, came out when expected and provided me with both a detailed verbal and written estimate of what he proposed. The crew came out on the day promised and completed the installation and cleaned up after the work was done. Roger, the foreman,managed the job very well and Johnny, the electrician,explained the work he was doing in detail. Two problems occurred. Miss Utility mismarked where the cable ran and so the crew cut through it-leaving me with no TV and Internet access until Comcast fixed it 3 days later. I was not totally accurate with my marking of the septic pipes so one was cut in half. At company's cost, they replaced the broken pipe. Overall, very happy with the work done and the professionalism of those I dealt with.

THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT EVEN CAME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. IT WAS ONE MONTH AGO AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND I'M HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
