At first, Mr. Valentine was very good at contacting. Then he began taking days off and not letting us know which made the project take longer.  We had 2 areas to which he did damage and stated he was going to fix, but never did.  At the end he tried to tell us that we owed him 900 more then originally quoted...
When trying to contact him he was unresponsive. I would not recommend him.

Dana finished re-doing our kitchen in five weeks and in the time we established. We had the entire kitchen gutted. He worked well with other professionals who provided and delivered the appliances, the cabinets, and the furniture for our kitchen. Dana coordinated well with all these companies and the individuals. He was neat and clean and took any trash or recycle material to our garage in neat bundles to be placed outdoors. He was always willing to halt his work when we decided on making changes to our original plan. He was patient and thoughtful.  We were so pleased with the quality of his work, that we hired Dana to finish our laundry room area. He is not only masterful at the craft of construction; he is reasonable in his pricing.

He came as soon as we found out that we found out that the floor and cabinets had to be replaced. He gave a good and fair estimate. From the time that he gave the estimate, he and the insurance company took care of all communications. It was very nice to know that we were in such good hands with someone who was so careful treat our home with the same care he would put into his own home.

Each time that Dana has done work in our house we know that he is taking care to make us happy. He really treated us as family and put great pride into the job at hand.
