CRR Construction Company Inc

We initially met Chris Romero in August 2012 when we asked him to give us an estimate for renovating our bathroom upstairs. We had seen the CRR Construction website and loved their portfolio. After he provided us with a very reasonable and fair estimate, we planned to hire him to do our bathroom in November after we renovated the rest of the house first. Unfortunately, because our other projects ran over budget, we couldn't afford to renovate our bathroom at the time. In October 2012, after we were forced to fire the last contractor we hired to renovate the first and second floor of our rowhouse because he turned out to not be licensed or competent, we turned to CRR Construction to complete the renovation. Knowing the situation my wife and I were in, Chris Romero was willing to work with us to not only complete the project within what was left of our budget (which had taken quite a hit), but to do an excellent job. The drywall and the millwork look beautiful--you can tell someone with a great deal of experience working on old Capitol Hill rowhouses did the job. And the workers were exceptionally professional--it was so nice to not be bombarded with phone calls during the day because CRR Construction actually knows what they're doing. It's not easy finding a trustworthy and capable general contractor who also takes a great deal of pride in their work. It's harder still to find one who's affordable and honest. We found that with CRR Construction, they have earned our loyalty, and we will definitely be using them in the future for our future renovation needs.
