I did get two other opinions after this and they all said it had to be replaced because a chamber inside was cracked and we could get carbon monoxide poisoning. I was upset that I paid to get it condemned and that the bending of the panel was not necessary.

The technican did arrive on time and was initally pleasant. He spent about an hour taking my indoor unit a part. When I questioned the need for so many items to be repaired or replaced, his demeanor changed. I was happy to see him leave. I did not realize he did not put the unit back together. I contacted the company after the second vendor arrived and we observed the unit had not been put back together. Comfort Control of Virginia declined to provide any assistance in correcting the failure to put the unit back together. I ended up having to replace the blower motor and fan, which were damaged by the the first technician not bolting the fan, back on the motor.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED WITH THE JOB PERFORMED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE. THE PRICING WAS ALSO VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE.

THEIR WAS A PART IN MY UNIT THAT BROKE. IT COULD HAVE COST US TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST FOR THE PART BUT THEY ONLY CHARGED ME NINETEEN DOLLARS FOR IT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THAT. THEY ARE GREAT.
