Worst experience I've ever had.
To begin with he never showed up on time for anything and never listened. Even after multiple requests for a contract he never provided a written contract. On day of the pour provided a 1 line order written on another company's order form that simply stated 15x21 stamped concrete patio. When he came back the day after the pour to collect his final payment I informed him that the work was unacceptable and I was going to have my insurance look at it and get quotes from others to fix it. I did not believe at this point that I could trust him to do the right thing.
Mr. Dotson now does not respond to phone messages.
