Working with Roger was a pleasure and everything went smoothly. He had good suggestions and I appreciated how easy the process was. Reggie, who did the installation, was very thorough, efficient and friendly. I was very happy with the service received from everyone and would recommend this company without reservation.

Went well, only minor issue is the length of time to get the shutters installed.

The blinds look phenomenal! We have inside mount windows and the valance they installed on each window alleviates all need for curtains. The blinds finish the rooms! Installed all windows in our 3-story town home. We have triple windows that there were previously 3 separate blinds - Roger suggested using just 1 blind for these windows and am so glad he did! It gives a great look to the window where prior it looked chopped up! We got estimates from other blind companies but chose Budget Blinds of Stafford. Glad we did! Their installer Reggie is the best too!!

It went great. They were very flexible with scheduling, highly professional, and great to their customers.

Kimberlee scheduled the free consultation with her husband, Roger, Roger arrived on the scheduled day on time. My first impression of Roger was very good. He was polite and friendly while remaining professional. He showed me several beautiful color/fabric samples. There were so many to choose from it was hard to decide which color/fabric to choose. I mentioned to Roger that I needed to have everything delivered before Christmas. He suggested I pay for rush service due to the upcoming holidays. I don't remember the exact cost for rush delivery but at the time I thought the cost was reasonable. In December I reached out to Roger and Kimberlee several times to find out if my order would be delivered before Christmas. They would respond the same day or within 24 hours (great customer service) to keep me abreast of the delivery date. My order did arrive before Christmas, December 14th to be exact, and Roger and his assistant did the installation a day that week. I am VERY HAPPY with my shades and blinds! Kimberlee and Roger are a great team!

Roger is the utmost of professionals. He is punctual, precise, reliable, and willing to work with the customer (timing, product choice, payment plan, installation). He stays in communication via email which allows timely action for both parties.
Back in July 2015, our committee chose 2 inch faux wood slat blinds from the palette of whites for the upper floor of the educational wing of the church (Phase I).The Signature Series is of high quality/design and has made a remarkable transformation of the rooms in which they were installed.The look is uniform from the street, polished from the interior, and the color brightens up the rooms. Of note, measurements for one set of blinds were off 1/4 inch, appearing "OK", Roger refused to allow us to settle for them. He reordered two blinds and we were not charged for the reorder. Mistake was unlikely Roger's because all the windows are the same size.
The Property Chairman was so impressed with those 27 windows, that in Oct 2015, he approved Phase II for 18 windows in the lower level (where all the children's programs/preschool is held). Because of the children present in the classrooms and teacher concern, Roger suggested shortening the cord that opens/closes the blinds (within reach of the adults but not the children) and using a cleat to hold the pull cords out of reach. Brilliant!  The teachers are thrilled.
We now have Phase III (the sanctuary) still yet to design/fund/install. In our discussion of options for this phase, Roger was honest and candid. He told us the advantages and disadvantages - which may put the more expensive options out of our reach- but assured us he is willing to do what the committee decides.
Numerous church members have made positive comments on the new look in an older building. Roger has helped us attain a fresh and contemporary, yet traditional, design look for our 52 year old educational building.

This is the second time I have had Mr. Wilde install plantation shutters in our home the last time was for 3 downstairs Windows and I loved them so much I called him to purchase more. The shutters r beautiful and the installation went perfectly like the first time. I would recommend Budget Blinds from Stafford to anyone looking for a great product and for a resonable price. Mr. Wilde is always on time for his appointments and responds quickly when requesting an appraisal. Mrs. Wilde is always so pleasant when she calls to set the appointments. Great experience I will be calling again to finish the remainder of our window with shutters.

I interviewed several representatives from various window blinds/shades companies, but when Roger from Budget Blinds of Stafford came, I could see that he came to help me and that he came to "earn" the business for himself. He answered my many questions regarding different types, colors and prices of the blinds. He recommended the top-down bottom-up kind since our living room looks out to the parking lot and the street. He was friendly, informative and professional. 
His price was definitely better than any other companies but without compromising the quality of the blinds. When the order arrived, Roger returned with another installer, Reggie. They were quick and did beautiful job hanging all 15 blinds.  I love the look of the blinds, especially how I could see the trees and the sky but have the privacy by putting the top down. Roger's wife Kimberlee works in the office. She is very pleasant to talk to on the phone and is also very helpful. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Stafford.

Roger was prompt and professional to both appointments. He took the time to go over the different blinds that were offered and never rushed me into a decision. The install went without a hitch. We will absolutely do business with them again!

Communication, price, and product were great! There was a delay in getting our product due to circumstances beyond the company's control, but we were not in a rush to get our shutters in stalled.  The shutters look as good as the wooden shutters we have on our main floor!  We would highly recommend this company

Mr Wilde showed up right on time and the shutters were installed perfectly and look beautiful. I will be making an appointment in the next month to have plantation shutters installed in more windows. Mr Wilde was very professional and I was very pleased with the entire process.

Budget Blinds was able to accommodate an appointment around my schedule and completed the job as promised.  It took them approximately two weeks for the job process.  In the mean time, Roger installed temporary covers for all my windows.  The blinds look great in my new home and I am happy with the overall service.  During installation Roger took the time to show us how he did it, went over the warranty once again to make sure we understood completely, and he showed up on time.  Great customer service!

Overall we found Roger?s service outstanding. Roger is easy to contact and working with him via phone and e-mail was convenient and timely.  Roger and his assistant, Jeff, professionally installed quality blinds in about an hour.  Roger and Jeff demonstrated how to remove the valances and blinds for  window cleaning.  Additionally Roger re-located two older blinds to our bedroom free of charge as well as disposed of several old vinyl Venetian blinds and over a dozen wooden shutter blinds  free of charge as well.  Roger and Jeff also removed all of the packaging material from our residence.  We found both Roger and Jeff quite courteous and we did not feel they rushed the job.

The owner is a one man operation. I called to make an appointment with his receptionist, and she had him call me back the same day later in the afternoon as he was out on assignment.  He arrived on time, was very friendly.  We talked about what I was looking for and what styles would best fit my limited budget.  He measured the area and I looked over the books of catalogs to choose the right color/style of vertical blinds.  I choose an S shape blade.  We set a date, later in the month for installation.  Everything went perfectly smoothly.  He even patched up some holes in the drywall left by the original blinds that were removed.
I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Stafford (and have to my friends and family).  I plan to call again when I have the funds to replace the other windows in my home.

After picking the fabric and style I wanted....contract was written and signed. A deposit was put down and was told of the time frame that product would be in....was on time and installed during the time I wanted.  Very pleased with the workmanship and staff (Roger). Will definitely use again in the future.

We have been very happy with how professional things have been done.

Roger came to my home to give an estimate for new blinds. At first, I was just planning to get them for the livingroom and master bedroom. After looking at many samples and crunching the numbers, I found that in addition to my original plan, I was able to afford to get 2 sets of vertical blinds, upgrade to a cellular shade in the master bedroom, and get blinds for the other 2 bedrooms. I even upgraded to real wood blinds on all previously mentioned windows.
Roger was wonderful from start to finish! He arrived on time and was very patient with me when making my selections. He gave me prices, and I found I could get even more than I originally wanted! He told me the products would be ready in 2-3 weeks. He was right. He called me when they were ready and we set up a time for installation at my convenience.
When Roger arrived to do the installation, he was right on time. I was having trouble with my storm door, and before he started the installation, he fixed my door! He installed all of the products quickly and efficiently. He is very personable and a pleasure to be around.
 I would definitely recommend him to others in need of window coverings.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my total experience dealing with Roger Wilde ? owner of Budget Blinds of Stafford, VA.  He was professional, courteous and very punctual.  Even after Roger installed the blinds, he took the time out of his busy schedule and removed my existing current rods.  And to top it all off, he even spackled the holes for me!  I am so happy I used Roger Wilde to install my blinds.  I will definitely being using Budget Blinds of Stafford, VA again and again and again?.
