Florentina and her team did a wonderful job again! We had them in to do a deep cleaning back in August before a party and again before Easter dinner. The do a great job at a very reasonable rate - our 4 bedroom home is over 2000 sq ft, sans the unfinished basement. If you research the price guide on Angie's list, a low rate of $165 "includes deep house cleaning (maid service) of 1500 SF house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Does not include windows." I'm pretty sure they did the windows and all at a cost of $200. I almost don't want to tell anyone about them so I can keep them all to myself, but they deserve the kudos!!

It went really well and I plan on using them again.

Went great, arrived on time & did a fantastic job.

Refrigerator had a very nasty spill with spill caked on between parts. I removed it before they arrived to give them easier access which probably wasn't necessary. They cleaned every part and put it back together, looks brand new. Cabinets, windows counters are spotless. Carpet cleaning went great too, looks like brand new carpet.

This was a rental house & I'm sure well get our deposit back from the realtor.

We were getting our townhouse ready for sale and needed it to be thoroughly cleaned prior to the staging.  We contacted Brightness House Cleaning at the advice of our Real Estate Agent, Kristin Burns.  After meeting us, they gave us a timeframe as to when they would be out and the cost of all the services.
They came out on time and did a great job.  They were so thorough that they could not complete the work in one day.  Rather than rushing through just to get it done, they contacted me and let me know they would have to come the next day to complete the work.
They were very thorough and the house looked great.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

They are a small company. I would rate them A overall and will continue to use them in the future.
