I specified the times I would not be in the office. That's when they showed up. I wasn't on site, so can't speak to professionalism. Repair would be more expensive than a new fridge, so only charged for a service call.

They were quite good. Their price was reasonable. One person did the repair and it took him about half an hour to complete the service. He was very professional. It was a very good experience. This was my first time using them.

Jerry showed up within 2 hours of calling. Found the problem within 10 minutes, but had to go to Springfield to get the parts needed. Replaced the defrost heaters and the thermostat assembly and had everything cleaned up within 3.5 hours of first arriving. Most of my food was still salvageable - Thank you Jerry!

Jerry was fantastic! He came out the same day I called and fixed the problem in minutes as it turned out to be minor. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his company and will certainly call him again. With only 6 days to go until Christmas with 10 people coming to dinner -- I was a wreck! Jerry solved my problem quickly and effectively. I couldn't be happier!

He found that the previous service technicians that cleaned the vent did not completely remove items that were clogging the vent (a birds nets).

They were professional, trust-worthy, and got the job done at a very fair cost.
