Land Surveying
The house was built in the 1930s and previous surveys did not reveal any site discrepancies. Their error affected my closing and caused me to postpone my move. I also incurred extra costs on my move as a direct result of the company's survey error. I called the company owner and asked him to compensate for my out of pocket losses. He refused. Based on my negative experience with this company, albeit indirect, I would not recommend the use of their services.

Land Surveying
They said that they would produce a written survey showing trees included in my property and the company would send me the report within one week. Three weeks and several calls later, I still have not received the survey, and I am quite frustrated.
