"I went back to fix the problem I fixed it and told them that they need new Drain pump , but mr [Member Name Removed] asked me to replace the drain pump in under same service call and not willing to pay even the part price. I answered each call from me [Member Name Removed] and he was On the same spot even I offer him free labor but he need to pay for the parts But he still refused to do that and finally he told me that he is going to buy new unit,"
