I can't say enough about how impressed I was with these guys.  They called me back after my initial inquiry, and came out that day. We negotiated a fair price for removing a problem tree in my yard, and they got right to work taking it down... in the rain.
They were friendly, professional, hard-working, and efficient.  My wife and I were mesmerized by them as they worked, and couldn't look away.  I didn't have to articulate every detail of what I wanted done to make sure it wasn't "extra" to chip the branches, or haul the wood away, etc.  
They had all the right tools that you would expect a professional to have, and you could tell they were skilled and knowledgeable by the way they took down the tree without damaging the adjacent trees, fence, and house it was leaning over.
They took the whole tree down in less than 2 hours, and even cut the trunk pieces down to a reasonable size and stacked them at the curb for my neighbor to use as firewood.  I also had another tree with lower problem branches that they pointed out to me and took down for free.

They did a beautiful job. They were very courteous and reasonable. They cleaned the area and you wouldn't even notice that they were.

3 Majors came out in the morning (a few days after coming to give an estimate) and worked on our property for a full day until the work was completed. We were very happy with the services provided and the work that was done.

After receiving a higher estimate with another company, we called 3M. They were referred to me by my HOA and were able to perform the work before the hurricane. The other company gave me a date a week out. They completed the work within days of being contacted and cleaned up every bit of debris.
