I can't say enough wonderful things about Williamson Home Repair.  In looking for a contractor, I wanted three main qualifications, 1) Ability to provide quality service, 2) Integrity and fairness in pricing, and 3) Responsive.  John and his crew exceeded my expectations on all three.  John provided an estimate the day after I requested one done.  We were on a short timeline to get the work done as my husband is preparing to deploy and John helped ease our stress and burden by helping us get the required work done as soon as possible.  We have used John before and his work is outstanding.  One of the best things about Williamson Home Repair is that they are a one stop shop!  From roofing, to plumbing, to outside work, they do it all and they do it well.  The owner is also very responsive via text.  We managed these repairs long distance and John always responded almost immediately to any question I had via text.  I highly recommend Williamson Home Repair for any job.

We were very impressed with John and his team.  We were thrilled that they were able to start so quickly after we reached out to them.  We had met with several contractors before choosing John Williamson.  They were punctual, professional and did an excellent job.  He quickly addressed any concerns we had.  The job took just over a week which we were very pleased with since it was such a big job.  The repairs and improvements look great! He came recommended from a friend and I have since recommended him to others.

They are a dream to work with. John and his team are responsive and do great work. They will come back if there is a problem. One of the faucets got loose. Another time we had made a decision about how to proceed with tile in our shower enclosure and they came back and added additional tile at no charge. It was pretty great. We completely gutted all 3 bathrooms.  They are beautiful. People go in and are amazed. They look like a magazine and certainly function so well. Painting, I give them a B. Their painters are good but not great. Their carpentry and other work is just so fabulous. Their painters didn't clean after themselves as much. We found paint drops in places. They weren't quite as perfect. We are waiting on estimates from them for some other jobs so yes we will be using them.

I couldn't be more pleased!  I've had negative experiences with handymen in the past, but this was just wonderful.  I called Williamson Home Repair and left a message.  The owner called me back that evening and quoted me a price over the phone based on my description of what I needed.  He said someone might be available the next day or the following week.  The next morning, he called me and said someone could be over that afternoon.  Rusty arrived as promised and repaired the two doors so they work like new.  It took about 40 minutes.
One bathroom door was scraping the floor when it was opened wide and he shaved some wood off the bottom and put some nails in the door to keep it together where the scraping had damaged it.  The other bathroom door was very difficult to close and wouldn't lock due to settling of the house.  This job was more complicated.  Rusty adjusted the hinges and then lowered the hole where the locking mechanism goes into the door jam.  He was very meticulous and took his time to make sure everything was done right.  Now both doors work perfectly.
I'll definitely use them for more home repairs in the future.

The job went very well.  Williamson employee arrived on time, was courteous and neat and completed the job within the allotted time frame.  I have had Williamson Home Repair do work for me before, and I have always been happy with their work.

John's people showed up on time and worked long hours.  I was less prepared than I should have been, so they helped me to move furniture and "stuff."  The workers were professional and polite.  When finished, they rehung my blinds and curtains, and cleaned everything up.
I'd give them an A- on quality, though, because the ceiling in the dining room ceiling doesn't look quite right. It's a textured ceiling and the patch is definitely obvious, especially when looking at it from the living room.

He was honest with me about what I needed and didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive repair--he could have, easily, because I was prepared to hear that I needed a whole new roof, but he didn't. The roof looks great! The lower grade for responsiveness was because I had a hard time getting a hold of him occasionally, and his guys showed up to do the work one saturday afternoon with about two hours notice, after we had been trying to schedule for weeks. The weather was an aggravating factor--it had been snowing so much that finding a window to do a roof repair was hard, so I appreciate them grabbing a day to do the work where they could.

In preparation for excavation for a full perimeter french drain and sump pumps, we needed to have part of a downstairs bathroom removed by a separate company. Williamson Home Repair (Ross) carried out the demolition in a careful, workmanlike manner. At a later date, after completion of the basement waterproofing project, they returned and Nick restored the bathroom to its previous condition. The work was carried out in a skilled, craftsmanlike manner. They were able to match the old tiles and located a fairly close match to the old grout, which had been custom mixed by the man who completely renovated the bathroom about eight years ago.

It went so very well. The team removed a small room in the basement, repaired the drywall, installed flooring for an exercise area, painted, installed led lighting, installed cabinets for a media center and installed shelves to go in to the cabinet. John and his team were professional, courteous, and a lot of fun to have around the house (I never thought that I would say that!). The work went quickly and the team was quick to point out suggestions that made the ultimate result better. We asked for a lot of changes along the way that drove up the price, but we were aware of that and John let us know that we were asking for a more expensive option. John's painting team did a nice job on our basement and fixed all the dings that 14 years of living in one place will bring. We are looking forward to doing more projects with them.

Having worked with this company before, I called them first! Given a usually busy time of the year, I thought it would be several days before work could be scheduled. I explained the water seepage issues and the immediate need for correction before the house could be sold. Before the day was over, the gutters were cleaned. Although quality gutter guards were in place, the gutters were filled to excess. Once the gutters were cleared and some minor repairs made, they set out to find the source of water seepage. Within a very short timeframe, they found the break in the water protection barrier, repaired it and restructured retaining wall flower beds so that the problem would not recur. Their work was done so well that I could not tell that they had been to the home. The repair to the inside of the house included clean-up, carpet cleaning and touch-up woodwork. All of this was done extremely well, down to the carpet drying and vacuuming! I couldn't have been happier with their work, their swift assessment of the problem and then correction that far exceeded my expectations, especially fearing that unknown issues were present! They are a wonderful company to work with in every way that I've needed them. No matter the task, they handled the work professionally, kept me informed of progress and left the premises virtually untouched! This job was no exception to their continued excellent work!

The job went great. Probably the best experience I have ever had with a contractor working in my house and I have had alot of work done in my house. Ross and Edwin were here promptly every morning and got right to work. They worked hard all day, only stopping for a quick 30 minute lunch break. They would stop working about 15 minutes before the end of their day to make sure everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was when they started each morning. The quality of their work was exceptional and I have nothing but praise for the entire operation. I have several additional jobs that I plan to have done in the future and there is no doubt in my mind that Williamson Home Repair will be my contractor of choice. Thank you John, Ross, and Edwin for making this such a delightful experience. Who can say that about a contractor working in your home for a week?? My bathrooms are beautiful and I can't stop walking in each one, turning on the light, and admiring their work!
