Water Damage Pro was great to work with and provided comprehensive and trustworthy information about my potential mold issue. They provided an honest assessment and were not focused on trying to sell follow-up work. They also went above and beyond by offering valuable advice about areas outside the scope of the inspection including detailed cleaning and remediation options. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding as well. Highly recommended.

Our basement suffered severe water damage this past summer from the amount of rainfall we received. We encountered soaked carpeting, drywall damage, and mold growth. I called three highly rated companies and left messages with two of them. Water Damage Pro (Ray) was the only one that answered the phone on a weekend and scheduled a visit immediately for an estimate and service. One of the other companies called me back two days later, didn't even hear from the other until 4 days out. Water Damage Pro provided immediate emergency response, great service and followup. They removed the carpeting, drywall, treated for mold, and brought in huge drying machines to remove the dampness and prevent further mold growth. We later had them return to repair the drywall, paint, and fix some of the carpeting that they were able to save. I have unfortunately had to deal with 5 different companies this past year for various home repair, exterior painting, or maintenance and learned a lot about the integrity and honesty of the different companies. I wish I could give Water Damage Pro of Springfield 6 stars for its honesty, service, integrity, and responsiveness. They honored the quoted fee even with additional servicing. Hopefully we will never experience water damage to our home again, but I would not hesitate to call them if needed.

We had a pipe burst in our basement and it flooded all the carpets, water was everywhere. We searched for a flood damage company and their and found Ray, his repair team was in our house within the hour. They were a blessing in disguise because they prevented any further damage from happening. I usually don’t write reviews but they were so amazing that I just had to write them an amazing review because I would tell anyone to use them, they are the best

Absolutely a great experience with this company. We had a water leak and the whole first floor was affected. I called numerous companies to come in to get an estimate, however, Ray was the only one who gave a real valuable suggestion and the price was the most reasonable. We decided to work with him and could not be more pleased. I think the most important part about the whole experience with Ray was that he was thorough and explained every step of the whole process, even including steps to take to avoid future problems. Overall, we would definitely recommend Ray and Water Damage Pro!

Everything went perfectly. The remediation and repairs were started within hours of our first phone call. By the end of the week everything is taken care of.

Got a pretty bad water damage in kitchen area caused by leaking dishwasher, the mold smell is terrible. Based on the excellent review, I called Water Damage Pro, they set up the appointment for free estimate in the same day. The price is very reasonable and the work was scheduled the day after. The work was done exactly as I want it, no mess, very professional, the mold smell is totally gone, I couldn't be more happier.

Water damage Pro was amazing. We had a sewage back up that flooded our basement and their emergency damage restoration crew showed up in the middle of the night. We had water damage go from the bathroom and flooded our entertainment room as well. Fortunately there was no mold damage. They cleaned up all the water and set up drying equipment. They also worked directly with our insurance company. If we ever experience flood or water damage again, we will be sure to call them for all of our Restoration needs.

Other providers came with wild estimates into the tens of thousands of dollars. Water Damage Pro and their representative, Ray, explained exactly what needed to be done as well as what did not need to be done. They were punctual and communicative, keeping me up to date along the way. There were a couple times along the project where they underestimated the amount of remediation necessary...and they took responsibility for that. I did not have to pay extra for their missing something (that was behind a wall or under the floor). They cleaned up after their mess, and they made sure the work they did was of the highest quality. I would not wish water damage on anyone, but if you have to experience it, fixing will go much better with Water Damage Pro

The estimator was very professional and kind, and was honest about the extent of damage and the treatment needed. We had some other companies come in for quotes, and while other companies exaggerated the remediation that is needed and tried to get the most work out of me, Water damage pro only recommended the work that is needed and even off-road a great deal and flexible schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them to somebody who is in need of expert in this area

Great service is what i got

Water Damage Pro was a very professional company to deal with. After mild water damage in our town home, we contacted water damage pro. They arrived within a few hours of my call and the two gentlemen worked fast and professionally to make sure the damage was kept in control. We did experience a problem with the estimate given to perform all the work. Ray, the owner, personally met with us to go over the estimate line by line to assure us that the estimate was fair. We proceeded to use the company for the rebuild portion and couldn't have been happier. The job was done so professionally. There was never a mess and the workers were very respectful of my situation with two small children at home. Over all the price to fix the damage was high, however the work and professionalism made the price worth it.

I needed to get some water damage repair work done and I came across this company and decided to give it a go. I was a little hesistant at first because of the experiences I've had in the past with other water damage companies, but to my surprise this experience was quite the opposite! Ray was the man leading the team and he brought four of his team members with him. The entire team got the job done in no time and made sure to brief me on everything that was being done. WaterDamagePro were great to work with! We had to have the work done for the sale of our house. Ray clearly worked hard to fit us in and got the job done in time. The crew was very pilot, through, and cleaned up after themselves. It was as if they weren't there once done. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. It was just awesome finding a company with such good customer service.
