Description of Work: The power head of the canister vacuum I bought there was not working properly. I thought it was the metal extension from the hose to the power head that was the problem. This had occurred before. The salesman said it was a cracked part on the power head that was causing the problem. I needed the vacuum that day and asked for a replacement part, new power head. He had one and wanted $300.00. for it. The whole vacuum was $600.00 when purchased new. I told him that price was ridiculous and to give me a fair price. He said he would sell it to me for $250.00. I offered to pay him $100.00 and he refused. I said I would pay $150.00 max and he took the deal. I took the part home and it did not solve the problem. I stopped payment on the check and returned to the store as soon as I could two days later to return their part. I advised him the part did not work on my vacuum and I was returning his part. I also advised him I had stopped payment on the check and that I would NEVER come back.
