They do a really good job, but it was quite expensive. 

They do an excellent job. This is the 3rd time we have used them. They are incredibly expensive - they say they are double anyone else! BUT, they do an excellent job, came when they said - so just suck it up!!

They were very expensive compared to people we used previously. The previous company wasn?t so good and not as expensive theme.

I strongly recommend them. They used to operate under a different name and they did an outstanding job. They had a good reputation and they did what they said they would do. I was satisfied with the work they did. The price was little expensive but I got my money's worth as the quality was very good.

I used them before I moved into my house, eight years ago. They did a good job. They were very good. They brought the shampoo and they worked on the edges. They were great, but they were very expensive. They were at work all day long. They do offer high quality service, but at a price. Their prices are higher because they spend a lot of time cleaning the carpets.

They were great. It was expensive but also they do incredible work. They will go around the baseboard and hand clean that area. The cleaning person was here for 3-4 hours and he worked really hard. The other thing that I liked was that there were no spots immediately after they cleaned but when I found some spots after they left, I called them on it. The owner immediately sent someone to clean it for free. It was better than any ordinary cleaning that I have ever had.

The almost new puppy with an upset tummy necessitated immediate carpet cleaning! I called; Unforgettable responded, cleaning family room carpet, entry oriental rug and oriental runner while the puppy waited patiently in his kennel.

My experience with them was excellent. The people knew what they were doing. They used up to date equipment. They were very courteous. I would recommend them and use them again.

The 2 men who did the work were quiet and efficient.

This is the third time I have used this company, and I continue to be impressed with their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. They always do an outstanding job.
