Ray did an amazing job building our back deck. He worked quickly and efficiently. Even with a few rainy days he finished faster than his estimate. Ray also obtained all the permits for us and worked diligently with the county zoning board to get a design approved that allowed for a walk-out option after other contractors told us this wasn’t feasible. Our deck is beautiful and we can’t wait to enjoy it the rest of the summer.

Ray did outstanding work in desigining and building our screened porch. He had very good attention to detail, was very professional and used only top quality materials. He installed the most solid foundation I have ever seen in decking. The roofing and skylights are perfect. There was one cosmetic part of the project that did not initially turn out exactly like we had wanted, so Ray spent two extra days making it right. We LOVE our new porch! Ray designed and built a great deck as an addition to our home. The experience was excellent from beginning to completion, and we are very happy with the finished product. Truebilt has built two porches for me now. Both were decks that were turned into screened in porches. Ray, the owner, and his assistant are extremely trust worthy and professional. The eye for detail and advise are outstanding. Ray was open to my electrical and entertainment designs.
I very strongly recommend Truebilt. You may have to wait awhile for him to be ready, but once he is you will never regret the price, the professionalism, quality, and detail!!

It was an extremely easy process. Showed them a picture of a design that we wanted. They asked us a few detailed questions, drew up the plans, showed us the plan, asked for any modifications-providing options then got right to work. We couln't have asked for a better experience. Builder also gave modification options for different types of lighting for the future if we so choose. Overall an excellent experience.

The job was excellent. I think he went the extra mile by telling me places that I could go to look at tiles and keeping the place extra neat. He was very good with trim work and the tile is all really straight. He had to cut the bottom of the door and he had to trim boards on either side, but he did it all perfectly. Everything that he did was done first class.

Absolutely the best construction experience I have ever had. Will ask him to build another porch in the future! I cannot convey how professional and of great quality Mr. Cruse provides.

Excellent, started the job on time, completed on time. Workmanship was excellent. Ray (owner) performed the skilled labor and much of the other, and was very easy to work with.

Overall everything went very well. Two and a half years later the project looks brand new. People in the community stop by and ask to look at it, and I think I have the best looking deck in the community.
