Perfect! Mr. Tran was professional, friendly, and thorough. First, he came when he said he would! He came prepared with all the equipment needed, efficiently did the work, explained process and his fees before proceeding with the work. My Kohler bidet stopper was broken at the connection. He advised me to call Kohler and they would send a free! replacement, I did, they did, and he came back by the same day I called him that I had received the part to install it. And he didn't charge me more to come back to install the part I needed to obtain from Kohler. Best plumbing experience I've had in 30+ years of home ownership.

Mr. Tran did come the day I called for a service. Mr. Tran did repair tub leaking along with putting caulking where need. After he left, I went upstairs to look at tub and noticed there was leaking from the water spicket. I called Mr. Tran and he came over right away. He tried to replace the cartridge with two different cartridges but to no avail. When I went back upstairs to see if the water was still leaking and it was. Mr. Tran advised that I need to get a new shower head, valve. He advised the cost of the visit was $150. I stated that "it was $150 and it was not fixed." He became very defensive and angry at me for questioning him on his price because he used two cartridges, as he stated "I used 2 cartridges which cost me $50/piece and I spent all this time working on the shower!". He said, "if you don't want to pay me, then don't call me again." I did pay him because of his time but the tone that he spoke to me was not very customer friendly. I did pay him because he did try. I would not call him again. He was referred by a friend of mine who highly recommended him so, I am taking this as a person who was very frustrated that he could not repair the problem. The cartridge was replaced by a handyman and it is now working.

I called at 9 and he was here by noon. He determined where the water was coming from, discussed with me what needed to be done and then got to work. He was fast, efficient and his prices are excellent. Will use him for all my plumbing needs in future.

He is great. I see him almost everyday in my neighborhood. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He does not do more than what you need. I showed him a place where I thought I was having a problem and he said, "Oh no, that is probably you did not turn this off tight enough," and he checked, and sure enough I had not turned something off tight enough, instead of saying, "Oh yeah, you need a new one of those." I have a son-in-law who is a plumber and I call Tran to do my plumbing.
