As long as everything went fine with the tenants there were no issues. However, as soon as any complications with tenants occurred she became completely nonresponsive and refused to do work to correct the issue. She assigned someone who appeared to be her friend to take over, who also could not get involved sufficient. Basically I had major interior and exterior unit damage from a tenant which complicated the HOA relationship and she refused to take lead on any of the issues. I should have realized the red flags early as she was generally always slow to respond or ignored requests for basic information. I would highly recommend you not use her for property management and strongly consider this review for any normal realtor services as well
