We hired this contractor with the expectation of professionalism and quality work, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Water system: Despite repeated requests, we were not provided necessary water testing data or well specifications. This delayed the project and left us without the information needed to ensure safe, potable water. Driveway & drains: The driveway was not installed per contract (no weed barrier, insufficient rock, exposed dirt). Concrete drains were poorly executed?cracking, uneven, and placed in unsafe locations (including the center of a walkway, creating a tripping hazard). Vapor barrier: Installed inadequately; the crawl space remains damp. The barrier was not taped, and no advice was given about additional measures like a dehumidifier. Shower & deck work: Both were marked by poor craftsmanship. The shower tile was misaligned, the soap niche and threshold were improperly finished, and planning errors required retrofitting ...
