Sounin Phonemany

Water heater stopped providing hot water. Called Sounin to get an estimate. We used the services of Sounin before on HVAC related work. After we provided a description of the problem, Sounin informed us of potential reasons for the problem and we scheduled a visit to provide an estimate. While inspecting the water tank, he showed us that the amount of sediment was significant and since the age of the equipment was over 15 years, he suggested replacing the water heater was more cost effective than a repair. We scheduled the replacement two days later. He came on time and replaced the water heater. Due to the accumulation of sediments, emptying the tank of water was difficult, so he worked around to replace the new unit while the old unit was being emptied of water. He made sure that water was not splashed around the basement. Once installed and after 15 minutes, we had hot water back. We were very pleased with the work performed. Sounin is very honest and his price was very reasonable. One thing to note is that his english is limited so one needs to be patient in communicating with him.
