I texted Saeed and he responded quickly.  His nephew Kevin stopped by for an estimate to stretch the carpet.  The price was good and I've had Smooth Floors provide work previously.  They scheduled a date to my suiting.  They arrived a but late, it wasn't a big deal. Saeed's workers were professional and friendly.  They worked very hard and the result was beautiful.   I would have gladly paid a bit more for such fine work.

They showed up on time and went right to work. Everything was clean when they left. It was an excellent experience and my floors look fantastic!

Jorge and Miguel did a fantastic job!  They removed the old tile that had a 3 inch mortar bed and retiled the bathroom shower and tub.  Well worth every penny!!!

The drywall/painting team started at 5pm on Saturday after we called in to ask for help. They worked tirelessly until 9:30pm, to resume on Sunday at 7:30am and finished all the reconstruction work on Sunday at 9pm. They were diligent, did a nice work, were precise, and coordinated with the second team very nicely. They were always courteous, professional, and completed the work, avoiding unnecessary stress. We were charged $1,000 for that part of work, which included the drywall parts, insulation, and metal frames.
The carpet part ($1,400) took place on Sunday from 2pm, with a team working until 5 pm. The dimensions of the room that served to order the carpet proved wrong (a large DIY household name company had taken wrong quotes!). Nevertheless, the Smooth Floors team managed to get the carpet adjusted and seams completely vanished as the carpet was set in.
We appreciated the flexibility of the teams (working during the weekend just before Christmas), their professionalism, thoroughness, and diligence in completing an urgent reconstruction work.
