Fraud. I said I needed my fridge repaired, they came out. Said it needed a new part. I waited four weeks. They installed the new part. It broke less than 24 hours later. I asked them for a new part. They said it would take four to six weeks. Fast forward to half a year later, when I ask for a refund because they did not contact me at all over half a year and I got a new fridge, and they say they can not refund it because they just happened to get the part in the day before. They do not even issue receipts. Incredibly shady, likely fraudulent, overpriced, and in any case not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could talk to me, I want he come and fix. I am very disappointed.

They were very good. My all in one washer dryer was having a problem and they came, had to order a part, and came back the very next day and completed the job at a fair price.

Great service. Reasonable price for the work needed. Was patient, efficient and answered all of my questions. Finished job quickly. Great communication.

Overcharged.

Our bottom freezer was leaking from the bottom front. Two guys came out and determined the condensation line was blocked and filters we clogged, etc. They spent less than 1 hour, cleaned the blockages, and charged nearly $600. Immediately after they left ice crystals began forming and building up in the freezer. We received an email saying our repair was not complete and they would follow up. We have not been able to reach them by phone or email. Our realtor was able to schedule an appointment with them from 9-12 today. They did not show up. They are impossible to make contact with. Completely unprofessional.

They replied promptly to our request, arrived within the given time frame and diagnosed the problem.

Very professional and quick. Well priced, the cheapest is not always the best. I would hire again if needed I shall also recommend them to anyone that needs repairs.

They are a bit expensive, but they were professional, communicative, and very quick. If you don't mind paying the extra few bucks for good service, then I recommend them.

In an emergency, they arrived quickly, repaired the refrigerator in less than 3 hours even though they had to go and get a part.

Two fridge repairers arrived promptly on a Sunday, got the job done in about an hour, and my freezer is working again.

They showed up right on schedule, they listened to what the issue was, and immediately went to where the problem was. Showed me the problem, advised exactly what was needed and how much cost. Cleaned up excellently when done, and pleasant people in general.

Great experience! Fit me in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. They called a few times when they were going to be later than promised. Once they arrived, they assessed my garbage disposal, provided a quote, the labor was a little high. But, we agreed on a price after they shaved off a few bucks. They had a replacement disposal on the truck. Twenty minutes later... new working disposal, no mess, fast, friendly, thorough service. I would hire them again.

I believe we've used this Pro before, but, didn't realize it when scheduling the appt. They have different people answering the phones and the repair techs that come out, are not the ones you are communicating with when you schedule the appt for them to come out. They have a very low fee to come out, that's credited for the repair fees. We have a Samsung fridge that needed a temperature sensor part ($50 max part cost) replaced; they initially quoted us $489 to replace it, my husband talked them down to $450. Please note, the job took 1.5 hours in labor and the techs also flushed a blocked water line that had ice in it (once again). Let's run the numbers....That's approximately $200/hour in labor and that is a very conservative estimate, due to taking 1.5 hours, that is closer to $250. That is far above the top-end cost for a typical fridge repair in this area and NOVA has some of the highest repair costs in the nation, besides NYC. Then, 1 week later, the techs had to come back out to flush yet another water line due to ice under the deli drawer and charged another $250 for 2 hours of work, which seems more reasonable, that's $125/hour in labor, which is still very high. So, we've paid Smart Appliance Pro total of $700 and have received NO receipt for our work and the techs tried to tell us that IF "We used a credit card that we'd be charged tax", which is absolutely ridiculous, there is no tax on 'services provided' and if you want to charge tax on the part, add-it into your fee cost quoted. Essentially, we paid $700 to clear 2 water lines of ice and replace a $20 Temperature Sensor part (3.5 hours of labor). We are still waiting on our receipt for work we've paid for with the checks that have cleared our bank account. We've requested a receipt for the work we've paid for three separate times and gotten nothing.

Work quality was excellent, however they never called to confirm the appointment. I called and set up another day and they didn't show up again, and when called they sent someone out. They did do an excellent job on my refrigerator but they are higher than the average estimate for the area.
