As I came and explained to you in your house, we try to do our best in our service but we are limited to give you the best service on your how much you take care of your house. Carpet cleaning needs to be done once a year and air duct cleaning needs to be one once every two years. If you do not maintain carpet and air ducts it makes our job harder and we have to add additional products and labor to your service, even after additional service and products there is no guarantee it will be perfect but we do our best. You did not clean your carpet for over 10 years (which needs to be done every year), you did not clean your air ducts over 10 years (needs to be done every two years) there is no way we can give you the perfect carpet, as I told you clearly we cannot do magic. I told you that we have a special chemical for these kind of carpets that has not been taking care of very long time, not cleaned over 10 years at all, I offered you with free labor just you need to pay the chemical fee which is a really long process still I offered you with free labor but you did not want to do that. I cannot give you these products for free, but I can give you free labor as for customer satisfaction but you want the cheapest service on carpet over 10 years dirt, again we cannot do magic. It is your duty to maintain your house, do not forget you live in this place and before than everything it is your health. All that stains showing in the pictures happened because your air ducts and your carpet has over 10 years of dirt and A/C is circulating very dirty air in the house, it turns to damage on the carpet. "Hello Sorry for the misunderstanding When you called us to get a price quote that you explained your house much smaller than what it is. I specifically told you if the house is the size and rooms same that you are talking about $159. First of all you did not even mention one of the rooms at all you have 3 bedrooms that you told us 2 bedrooms. You told us your basement is less than 200sqft but your basement is over 400sqft. If you would like to get more accurate quote you need to give us specific details not the details that you want low price and explain as so small house. When we make the appointment I told you when the technician comes will give you exact price. We cannot give exact price on the phone. Thank you."
