We use Sheehy VW to service our VW and we love the service department. We recently bought a used vehicle from Sheehy and although it took a week, we ended up agreeing on a fair price for the vehicle. The sales manager's approach to sales and interaction with us was an absolute turn-off. However, the floor sales associate that worked with us, Ali, was very professional and friendly as well as the staff that processed the paperwork. Ali worked with us and was able to bring us back in and sale a vehicle at an acceptable price.

Everything was easy.  Appointment was set through sales person who sold me the car, as the inspection and sticker needed to be handled through the service department.  My service advisor showed me some of the features of the car that I was confused about. The service department seems to be good and I look forward to working with them for future appointments.

My car stereo was broken and draining the battery in my VW Beetle. My usual mechanic couldn't repair it, so I went to Springfield VW. We were headed out of town, when we dropped the car off, so they let us leave it there for more than a week. The service is really excellent and the waiting rooms, etc. are clean and comfortable. You get a personal service representative who is responsive and calls frequently with updates. The only reason I don't go back there is they're just very expensive. The stereo couldn't be repaired and the cost to replace it was $900, so I asked them to simply disconnect the radio, so it would stop draining the battery. For that (well, for the diagnostic), I was charged $150. I then had a non-factory stereo installed for $200 at Best Buy.

I have a VW Jetta. The check engine light came on. The diagnostics performed at VW Springfield by the mechanic indicated a brake relay switch needed to be replaced and was. However, the check engine light remained on. They asked that I return the following week for fuse replacements, but I asked for a refund of the $300 I spent for the brake relay switch since it didn't address the problem. While I was waiting for the refund, I noticed that my brake lights no longer worked. I asked them to pull the brake light covers and found the bulbs were burned out. They replaced the bulbs, and my brake lights worked again, but I was frustrated and just left. The mechanic simply didn't know what he was doing, and the staff was not helpful or polite in trying to acquire a refund for needless work. I never got the refund.

I was satisfied with them. They were nice and friendly. I will use them again in the future.

They are fairly priced; and, I haven't had any problems with them.
