⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ Experience with Sam & Sons Plumbing – Ask for Adam! We recently used Sam & Sons’ plumbing department to replace our hot water heater, and let me tell you—they knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable (which is rare for plumbing jobs, let’s be honest). We qualified for a discounted rate as government workers (teachers and nonprofit folks), which we really appreciated—a company that gives back to the community gets major points in our book. Our technician, Adam, was an absolute gem. Super personable, arrived on time, walked us through the entire installation, and explained how the system works along with basic maintenance tips to keep it running smoothly for years to come. The installation was done neatly and cleanly, and by the time they left, the place looked better than it did before they arrived. No mess, no stress, just hot water and happy customers! We’re beyond satisfied and will definitely be using Sam & Sons again. If you’re thinking of calling them—do it. And if you can, ask for Adam. He’s the real deal. Thank you, Sam & Sons! We had a plumbing emergency and the team came through in a big way. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Our technician, Adam, was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for emergency service, which was a huge relief. We’re extremely happy with the experience and will definitely be using them again in the future. The were late to since they were finishing another job that was running longer. I had to call them to find out when they plan to arrive. For the amount of money I payed and the lack of quality control I would not recommend them.  They are now known as Executive Flooring and Remodeling

I originally called Sam's Home Services on Nov. 17, 2011 to try and set up an appointment for assessing a leak in my roof. No one answered so I left my information. I followed up again on the 22nd. Someone did answer the phone and I was able to schedule an estimate for the 25th of November. I didn't hear back from anyone on the 25th regarding the estimate so I called on Monday, the 28th. I recieved an estimate for $420.00 over the phone. I asked for an email copy of the estimate and received it the same day. I told them to go ahead with the repair. The repair was scheduled and completed on Wednesday afternoon on the 30th. My tenant reported the leak still remained during a rain storm on Dec. 6th. From December 6th through the 9th, I was not able to get anyone on the phone regarding the issue. I had left several messages with no replies. Finally, on the 9th, at 5pm someone picked up the phone. His name was Mike. I informed him of the issue and he said he would talk to a supervisor or manager the next day, which was a Saturday. I clarified with Mike that the next day was a Saturday and that he would still personally call me with an update. He said it looked like they would be able to get back out there on Tuesday or Wednesday, December 14th. I asked Mike about the guarantee and he said he would look into it. He mentioned it would probably go under the hourly rate of $150. I told him that I didn't want to be charged for another day of work since the original issued remained. I never heard from Mike since I spoke to him last on Friday the 8th. I, again, have called constantly leaving messages with no success of any returned calls. I also emailed, Don, who originally emailed me the estimate, on the 13th. I have not heard back from him yet either. I am left with a leaky roof and no one from Sam's Home Services willing to be held accountable.
