I had a water damage in my condo and Royal Restoration responded quickly. They did mitigation and repair work. From upper management to labor workers they are very professional. They explained everything in detail and walked me through the steps from start to finish. I’m very happy and I would definitely recommend them.

I was recommended this company thru my TRAVELERS INSURANCE company. BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED WORKERS! I hired them to do ceiling removal and painting following a home fire. They did sloppy work, painting jobs were uneven. They were very messy got paint and compound on flooring, furniture cement steps. I asked them not to put furniture outside and they did anyway. They used my kitchen and bathroom sinks to clean paint brushes and other work items with PERMISSION! USED UP MY DISH DETERGENT. Broke my BLINDS AND VALANCE. Paint was on bannister rails, and compound on deck cement stairs etc. Ate on my neighbor's property and left food trash on his property and mine Project Manager NEVER ONCE came out to see how things were going, NO SUPERVISION. Workers speak little to none English. Came back 6 days later do perform "touch up' I asked them to leave and they sat in their truck in my parking spot for 30 minutes. DO NOT USE ROYAL RESTORATION!!

We were recommended through TRAVELERS to use this "vetted and background check" company but also had the option of looking elsewhere but decided to trust TRAVELERS. First red flag they didn't reply to our inquiry about fixing the hole in ceiling after a pipe busted till a week later. Next the rep Ruslan Bakaev reviewed the job and reeked of stale cigarettes. This job should have taken 2 days but they insisted it would take 8 hours. When they were done I noticed imperfections and they tried to fix it in 2 hours with spackle, paint, and a heat gun. A week later it's lumpy now and has to be redone. They have not responded to phone calls or emails. They took the money and ran. Now we have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.
