I had Shiny Carpet cleaning back because they did a fantastic job last year. They did not disappoint this time either. Sammy was a great tech, who knew his business, pleasant and courteous. Once again the wall to wall looks like new, sparkling and clean. Great price, great work.

I saw the technician truck sitting in my driveway about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great for me. I told him He could come in and get started. He was very professional did an awesome job. He took his time, He showed me a few spots that were kind of difficult to remove he Seceded in removing them. My furniture looks Great I am pleased with the service I will be using them again and referring them to others.

Very professional. The technician asked me to inspect areas to make sure I was satisfied. The technician went over areas that needed more cleaning. He was very careful not to get steam or dampness near furniture that I did not move. Rug looks brand new.

The basic, easy to move furniture was not moved For instance, the coffee table, dining room chairs, simple furniture that I expected to be moved did not happen. Yes, I am fully aware that large pieces of furniture was not going to be moved but some of the easy to handle things should have been moved like other cleaning companies I have used before did.
