Reggie was incredibly thorough, spending almost 6 hours inspecting the new house we're purchasing. The home is a flip, and we fully expected to find many issues. Reggie walked us through each problem and its ideal fix and provided us with an incredibly helpful binder that includes the results of the inspection along with a ton of other resource material. He charges slightly more than average for a home inspection but it is money well spent and we expect it will save us much more down the line.
