The job went extremely smoothly and we are delighted with the result. Randy's workmanship was of the highest quality and his attention to detail was excellent. The job started with using a plastic film covering a walkway through the front door to the bathroom to protect our carpet while the work was being done, a touch I hadn't expected. He arrived promptly each workday and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
Randy went far beyond our expectations with little details, such as replacing the outlet covers and installing a new vent cover when the old 50-year paint-encrusted cover didn't clean up as well as he wanted. (Twenty years ago, our previous remodeller just painted over the old cover.)
