Very professional and considerate service from start to finish. Initial visit from installation rep. provided opportunity to discuss options for running the gas line into the house and explaining the steps involved in setting up the new fireplace including the county inspection of the work when completed. The installation took two days rather than one because of delayed shipping of the decorative doors due to the snowstorm. The gas line was installed quickly, the chimney liner and fireplace insert were installed the same day so we were able to use the fireplace immediately. Installation of the decorative doors and some adjustments made to fit the original opening perfectly took about an hour. Danny, the lead installer, explained the workings of the fireplace and the remote very well and answered all my questions very thoroughly and politely. He was clear about what we needed to provide (an appliance extension cord) and how to use the fireplace for the first 20 hours and to keep it in good condition with annual servicing. R.D. White scheduled a county inspection next week based on my preferred schedule and has been efficient, professional, and competent.
