I knew the hourly rate, what to expect for a and quot;move-outand quot; cleaning, and approximate number of hours it should take.

They did a good job cleaning my home. However, they attempted to move a heavy dresser to clean and scratched my hard-wood floor. They were wiling to pay to have it refinished, but I was able to cover the scratch with a touch-up pen. I'm sure the next experience, scheduled for 5/6 will be outstanding.

My parents were concerned about having strangers in their home. Fran
helped set them at ease with a personal visit during the scheduled
leaning. My parents are very happy with Quality and say they should have
gotten a cleaning company sooner
