There service is very good. I thought the fall cleanup was overpriced because I did the front yard myself. There grass cutting was very good. They are reasonably priced and very good on that.

Costumer service is great. They are always very responsive, reliable and decently priced for regular maintenance. Price gets a bit high for side jobs like bush trimming and leaf cleanups as they don't provide fixed fee work for these items and they always seem to add up to more than competitors that will give you fixed prices.

They did a fine job cutting the grass but they did not do a good job cleaning up the brush, taking care of certain areas. .  There were certain areas they didn’t take care of effectively with the weed eater eater, etc.  They were punctual, came regularly. Their prices were a little bit higher than other companies I had looked into.  Communication with them was OK.  We are signed up for leaf removal with them this Fall.

Service.Excellent.  All service conducted on time and very professionally performed.   We have used Quality Lawn & landscaping for over eight years for mowing, edging, mulching and fall and spring cleanup and have found no fault with their service.  We have recommended Quality Lawn & Landscaping to our neighbors and their satisfaction has resulted in thier continued use of their  service.
I have had one unfortunate incident with their service which was the result of a mower scratching my RV parked in front of my house.  When I notified Quality Lawn & Landscaping they acknowledged their fault and immediately reasured me that they would have my vehicle repaired.  True to their word the vehicle was repaired at Quality landscaping expense.  I could not ask for a more professional response to an unintential accident.

We have used this service for years,but on 10/1/13 they came to do their bi weekly lawn mowing.We had done some exterior painting that day and signs were put up to say that there was wet paint.I wasn't home at the time but my contractor was there and told them not to mow because of the wet paint.they went right ahead and mowed anyway and ruined my paint job by getting grass all over the wet paint.I called the company to tell them they owed me money to redo the paint job and they wouldn't make it right.So i called my lawyer and he told me not to pay them for the lawn mowing which i'am doing..Be careful when using this company if they damage your property they won't make it right.i will never use this company again,and they will never get any money from me.

"I am sorry that this is your viewpoint of our company, but when your wife called in April to say they didn't mow and that you want every other week - I went to the house to verify and they had mowed. It was obvious that they had mowed and when meeting with you wife she agreed. I told her that when you started the previous year you came on in summer when it was fine to skip or go every other thru the heat of the summer but the price you were paying was for weekly service - if you wanted every other week the price was a little higher. She agreed to the price and we changed to every other week at the agreed price. However, even with this agreement the bill still came back with the one mow unpaid. As a courtesy we adjusted the price - perhaps your wife did not discuss our conversation - if she had I do not think you would have felt the need to cancel service as all was confirmed before the changes were made. I do thank you for giving us the opportunity and should you change your mind please give us a call."

We have had Quality Lawn & Landscape take care of our mowing for years now and have been extremely happy with their service.  Their crews are reliable, courteous, and always leave our lawn looking great.  If I have any questions, there is always someone answering the phone to answer  them.  They are the first company we have used for mowing services and it has been so long now, I can't remember how we chose them.  But we are very glad we did.

This is a good company.  They show up when they say they will show up and do what they say they will do.  Also, very important, if you call, you talk to a live person or get a quick callback.  Price seems reasonable.

I sit on a hill on a corner lot, so it's a little difficult to mow. They do an excellent job. I have also used them for leaf removal and lawn seeding.

They've been pretty reliable and they show up on time.

The lady I spoke with, Christine, was very pleasant and very responsive.  They came out two days later and did a fantastic job! Not a single leaf remained in the yard or garden. They bagged the leaves and left them neatly stacked at the curb.

Competitive in their rate.  They send out annual leaf clean up information ahead of time.  They are extremely easy to work with.  They come once a week unless you call ahead of time.  They don't charge if they don't come.  No contracts

.As far as the actual service goes, they have been FANTASTIC!  However, I am having a great deal of trouble with their billing.  When they first started out, I didn't receive a bill for a couple of months.  They called and threatened to put our account 'on hold' unless I paid them something over $1,000 - without ever seeing what I was being billed for!  After several discussions on the phone where I told them I would be happy - even eager to pay, but I MUST have a statement telling me what they are billing me for, I FINALLY received a bill - and paid it immediately.  Now - I just received a bill last week for June mowing, $220.  I paid the bill, and put it in the mail on Saturday - less than a week after receiving it.  Today I received another phone call, telling that I never paid the June bill, and that they sent a bill to me on Friday (today is Monday - that is 3 days ago), that I had also not paid.  And, that my account has been put on hold because of non-payment of the June bill.  They now want me to pay them $415, without having received a statement telling me what I am paying for!  So, they have:(1) put my account on hold (2) called during the day while I am at work, and were very rude and argumentative.  I repeatedly told them the same thing.  That I paid the June bill within a week of receiving it, and that I have not received the bill they said they mailed on Friday, and will pay it when I receive it.  She finally said "Well, I'm not going to argue with you", and I said "Good, I'm not going to argue with you".  And that was the end of the conversation.Because:(1) they haven't received payment for a bill I received just last week (and mailed payment on Saturday - today is Monday, and mail is not delivered on Sunday); and(2) I haven't paid a bill that I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED - they only mailed it 3 days ago.Their billing strategy is simply unacceptable.  I have been very happy with the service I have received to date, and I hope we can get this probelm resovled.  However, if the billing continues this way I will have to think again before continueing with this company another year.

"This review is more than a bit outlandish, but I will attempt a response... We ask for two things from our customers: 1) that they want our service and 2) that they pay for the service they requested in a timely manner She did one of the two- so therefore, we ceased doing business with her in the future. We bill monthly - after the fact. So if you request service with us we send a bill for services provided the first of each month for the previous month of that requested service. Payment is due upon receipt, but no late than the 25th of the month that the bill was issued. Our policy says that we put accounts on hold if payment is not received by the 30th, (which by that time could be really 60 days past due - as we bill one month behind) but actually we do not put accounts on hold until the following billing cycle. She had estimates - so she new what the charges were, she knew her weekly mow price - so she knew what that charge was - we mowed every week so whether her mail was lost and not received - she knew she owed us money... She loved to say "check was in the mail"... or "she had to call her bank"... She did finally pay her account in full April 2013 - but please note the last time we had serviced her property was Dec. 2012. She wanted to know in April when we were coming to mow and we had to let her know we no longer wanted her business. We prefer to do business with people who want a "Quality" job and want to pay for that service."

Chris came out and gave us an estimate for all the work.  I had gotten estimates from three other companies for the same work.  Quality came in far under the other estimates.  I made one change to the work request (additional mulch) which I simply discussed with the office.  It took them a little while to actually come out and do the work, but I suspect they were busy with lots of spring clean up.  They called the day before, as I requested, to let me know they were coming out.  I got home from work the next day and everything was complete with the debris bagged and hauled to the curb.  The yard looks great, for a very reasonable price!

The business is owned by Chris and Frannie Codoly and my interactions with them have been very pleasant and professional.  Christine is their office contact, and when I have called with a question, she has also been very responsive and helpful.  My favorite part is that Quality invoices us at the end of the month with an exact accounting of when and what services were provided.  No more having to give a check to the mower man hoping it will make it to the owner.  I can mail in the payment and have invoice paperwork to keep track of their service.  Can't recommend them highly enough.  Fair price and great service.

I interviewed several services back in 2004 - everybody cost about the same.  Cutting grass, is cutting grass -- I chose Quality because I liked the companies owners, Frannie and Chris.

We are very satisfied with them. Their prices are very reasonable. Their workers are very nice, and they are good about scheduling what you want and not more than what you want. They will do extra if you ask them to. Then in the fall and winter time they set you with a schedule with man hours and take care of what you need to get done. We really think they are a great value.
