The house has five bedrooms and 31/2 baths, the kitchen needed to be completely redone from the floor to the ceiling, the entire house had to be repainted, light fixtures replaced, some plumbing in the basement, and a complete new roof. All in all the work took about 3 weeks and My Aliabadi was there almost every day, his team is comprised of professional painters plumbers, painters, roofers, and electricians. In addition PNA has an architect available. we have kept PNA in our rolodex and have recommended them to our friends. Mr. Aliabadi is a unique individual who took the fear out the this big job..He said what he would do, how much it would cost and was ultimately spot on.

Moe and his crew did a lot of work on our house. We bought our house a year ago and there were several oddities and/or things we wanted to consider changing. We were cautious at first taking on some changes to the basement and putting in a new furnace and central air conditioning. That project led to a bigger one around replacing some of the ducts. Moe was great - he explained everything and helped us make better decisions than we would have on our own, but also did the things we insisted on. The quality of their work was great and the finished product looked ten times better than what we started with - not to mention the piece of mind we had knowing it was done right. We decided to have Moe add a laundry room and half bath. As always, this proved trickier than it seemed at first. Again, Moe walked us through the options and helped us save money on things we didn't care about so we could either save it or put it towards things we were particular about. My wife and I were particularly eager to do a kitchen renovation. The old kitchen was not our style, very small for the house and isolated from the common areas. We decided we wanted to bump out the kitchen into a screened in porch area and do a total remodel. It was a daunting prospect and we knew we were going to need some advice. Because of the amount of money involved, we decided to get several estimates. Moe's estimate was not only the best, but he seemed to offer the most thought out plan, which meant the final cost was the least likely to rise significantly. The other builders seemed to offer numbers without knowing very much and then build in many ways in which you could wind up needing to pay them more. Throughout the kitchen process, Moe was helpful and accommodating. His crew was efficient and tidy. We saw great progress each day and they kept the construction area isolated from the rest of house until the last minute. And we LOVE our new kitchen - as well as our new half bath, laundry room, furnace. We're surrounded by their work and I can heartily recommend them.
