Pella Windows & Doors

They were horrible. Their windows were great but they were so unresponsive. They need to be more professional. They need to be more responsive and they need to care.

The service went fine. They left the area very clean when they were done.

I called Pella because we had had their windows and doors In a previous renovation and liked the quality. The salesman came to the house and showed me the various options. When we planned out the job it came to over $16,000. I told the sales person we'd think it over. In the next couple days I got several emails and calls from him. I finally called him back and told him if he could knock off $2,000 I'd go ahead. Ultimately he agreed and we closed the deal. The installers were great, superb really, and did a beautiful job. KC windows is very customer friendly and was very communicative during the whole process. We're very pleased withe windows and would recommend this company.

We got a quote from Pella in Springfield. We did the install ourselves and measured ourselves. The quality of the product was superb, the lead time was approximately 4 weeks from time of order to time of delivery, and the price was competitive to fiberglass and pvc, although the Pella Vinyl was more attractive in our opinion, which is why they won out.

Overall, it was a good experience. They came back twice and fixed things that my husband thought were wrong.

Their work was excellent. They were prompt. They were very knowledgeable and I am happy with the result.
