Our house is comparatively small. Ben Osborne gave us a design that got the maximum out of the small kitchen (10X12 after the expansion - and I love working in it because it's so efficient.) I think it's trickier to work with small spaces than large ones, because inches count. One thing we particularly appreciated was that once the work began, John, the lead carpenter, was on site nearly every work day until the final walk-through. There were some issues with subcontractor who did the tile work, but they were resolved well. Nearing three years afterward, the renovations still look great. I would go to the Osborne Company again for another remodeling project.

Very well. Start to finish was about a week. The only problem was the lack of competence of the plumbing sub contractor. I understand they no longer use him.

Overall, I am pleased, but it took way too long. They start quickly, but most days very little work was accomplished. The finished product is excellent
