I found this company through Rawlings Floors in Alexandra when calling around to get estimates for floor refinishing (they don't refinish but use Old N' New frequently and referred me). Melba came out in January to give me an estimate to install and refinish the living and dining room floors, but I ended up needing some other major repairs first. They were my best estimate then, so I called them for this job. Melba was very fair, honest, and timely; she reduced their minimum because it was just one room, but also gave me potential cost add-ons up front (in case they needed to replace boards). We scheduled the work about 2 weeks out. The workmen arrived promptly each day, 8 a.m. on the dot, and did the work carefully but quickly. I'm really happy with how it looks (and glad I hired them instead of doing it myself). If I end up needing help with installation or refinishing downstairs I will definitely use them. Highly recommended based on both price and quality.
