Overall I was very pleased with the work performed by Oscar and would use him again. Hiring a contractor is a very challenging thing to do as a homeowner as there are lots of bad ones out there. I trust Oscar and felt comfortable with him working in my house even when I wasn't there. We were very happy with the quality of work and professionalism he showed. We have used Oscar on numerous jobs throughout the years and know other people that are just as happy as we are with his work. We plan on using him again in the future.

He would come late, not show up, not call. When he would show up he would come all defensive and rude. When he finished the job and I started to make a list of things that needed to be fixed he started saying he did not have time. After many calls he finally showed up at the house on a late afternoon and after being so disrespectful and rude I asked him to leave my house. I have known this guy for many years and have given him many jobs in my house, none so big as this one. I sent him to many of my friends. PLEASE do not hire this man. I have to pay someone else to fix all the problems he left. The worse being the installation of the hardwood floors. The staircase is a disaster. And there are many mistakes everywhere else. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

"I have never worked for her. The member's mother is the one I worked for. And the material of the hardwood floor is only the quality not the installation. She buys cheap material + thats not my fault, its her's. And they wanted me to work extra hours thats why they got botherd. And the member (not the mother) does not live here in virginia, she lives in columbia (south america.)"
