+ -1 moreI'm a single woman and feel like I get taken advantage of. I told this guy this and he assured he watches the prices from the "big companies" and he's 25% lower. He had the nerve to quote me $165 per pound of freeon. The next highest quote I've received is $85 per pound. Then he said, "but I"d be stealing your money" if we did that (um, yeah) and that I should have him replace the whole unit.
