I chose them because they were "local" and I thought it would be easier to drop off and pick up the work. After finding them on the web and looking at their prices, I called and asked if I could drop off versus mail. I left my slides and said I wanted 2000 dpi quality. Yasmin said she would call with an estimate and i would have to make a 50% deposit. On the way home, I asked for a quote for 3000 dpi as well. When I received the quote it was $0.20 per slide higher than the website prices. When I inquired Yasmin said it was the cost to take the slides out of the tray (0.10) and then to put them back ($0.10). Thinking this was highway robbery, I said no way and said if they would do the 3000 dpi for their web price, I would be interested. Two business days later after exchanging several emails, we still were trading paper and I was frustrated enough that I gave up. They wanted my credit card information filled out on a form and faxed (why wouldn't you be able to do this on a website) and kept telling me what I wouldn't get for my $0.39 per slide. I finally gave up and went and picked up my slides as sites where you mail your slides have that price or better with more services. I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact I would go so far as to tell someone not to use them. The customer service experience was awful.
