MID SOUTH BUILDING SUPPLY INC

Since the completion of these cabinets, we notice poor craftsmanship with the Legacy Cabinets. Mid South Building Supply, supplied and installed the cabinets 
1.So many imperfections on the  doors rough inlays , lack of finish coat on all doors and drawers.
2. The drawers have  auto close, some work and some close crooked all the time.
Mid South Supply has been out to my house for repairs  and door replacements about 8 times 2 of those time the replacement doors came in damage. Had to be reordered with the same outcome.

Had to meet with him three-four times to get the design right. Picked out Kraftmaid cabs and then had to switch because they wouldn't fit the design so ended up with Medaillion and was more expensive. Asked about putting a drain board built into the granite counter and he had never heard of it - basically knew nothing about kitchens!

In the entire kitchen remodel experience, I felt that the cabinet design layout with Annie Duong was the weakest link. I felt that she did not approach our remodel project with any interest or personal attention, and she gave me the impression that she was very busy and reluctantly giving me any of her time. Questions were barely addressed, and each time we met, instead of making real progress, more computer entries were made and I was delayed another week while waiting for her to complete the design. I have remodeled another kitchen previously with this brand of cabinets and knew exactly what I wanted, and could have completed the design in the first meeting if she had shared her expertise and time. In addition, with that prior experience, I expected much more customer service for this size a job. Our contractor had to follow up with her with several questions and issues after the order was finalized. Bottom line the cabinets are fantastic, but the design was a struggle.

MID-SOUTH DOES EXCELLENT WORK. THEY REPLACED ALL SIDING ON MY HOME WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM.
