Would not book again. Terrible time scheduling. Uses Angi to advertise but when it’s time to schedule said that they no longer do business with Angi and they quoted a rate 2.5 times higher than the gig price. However, the gigs on Angi are still active. I also book for a specific amount of time. When they said they were leaving with time left on the clock I asked them to do an additional service for whatever time is left and they refused.

Jeffrey was quick to call and set up a date after I purchased the deal. He was punctual, and though I wasn't intending to have my deck, porch and sidewalk done, but he offered a package deal that I could not resist. I'm glad I did. I wasn't able remain at the house while he finished up, but he texted pics and kept me posted on his progress. I was very pleased with the results and will use him again.

I could not be more happy with the metro maid, they did such a wonderful job! I had them come out to clean out rental house after moving out. I walked into the house and you could just tell it was cleaned top to bottom. It smelled wonderful in there, not like strong chemicals. They did such a fantastic job, I have decided to hire them to clean our new house once a month. Thank you metro maid for helping us get our security deposit back!

A++++++++ service! My house was in need of a good scrub and is now sparkling. Exceptional attention to detail and going above and beyond. I collect elephant figurines and each was polished perfectly, they fixed my garbage disposal, organized under my kitchen sink and fixed a leaky toilet! I’ve been using this wonderful service for about a year now and they are just wonderful. Great about scheduling, always on time and if something comes up with the schedule they always let us know and work with us on when they are coming. They are super professional and courteous. They just started offering power washing services for the outside of the home as well which I definitely am going to get done on my back patio! This was by far my best experience working with Jeff and Metro Maid Service out of any cleaning services. I am quite picky and look for details, but the job was flawless at an excellent price. My coworker recommended this and I'm so glad I listened to her and contacted Jeff. This is a family owned business which is always appreciated in my books. When I moved from Annandale to Burke Virginia a number of years ago, I was able to retain them as my homecleaner. They are reliable, professional, reasonable.

The teams are professional and respectful of our home and do a nice job of cleaning on a weekly basis. If I need to postpone or reschedule a service, it is not an issue. I also feel that the teams are honest. I had lost an expensive and sentimentally valuable watch and had resigned myself to the fact that I would likely never find it. One of the team members was cleaning under my bed and discovered the watch and brought it down to me. I highly recommend this service.

I have dealt with Metro Home Cleaners for over three years in Manassas, Virginia and I cannot say enough good things about the service and the ladies that clean our house. It's a great company and great people, both in the office and in our home.
