MERVs is the best auto shop O have EVER worked with. They are honest, fast, fair priced, and don’t try to husstle or up sell. Absolutely my go to for all auto work.

Merv and his team of mechanics are the BEST! These are REAL MECHANICS--they use the latest techniques and equipment, but they can work on any age vehicle, large or small. I had everything from oil changes to transmission repairs. Merv personally troubleshot a vexing electrical problem on my Chrysler Town & Country (they have lots of these). Merv replaced several parts then found a bad wire between 2 computer boxes and spliced it. That was over 10 years ago and I am still driving that van because of his repairs. Most people gave up on T&C long ago. Merv's is the BEST!!

Service and communication was excellent. They didn't try to oversell me on anything that wasn't needed. This was my third time using them and I'm still satisfied.

They are excellent and I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are very trustworthy and very reasonably priced. They are excellent mechanics and I only wish they are located in the new area I have moved to. I would hire them again.

Merv's is the absolute best, been with them for 30 years. They are great about doing the least expensive thing first and then if that doesn't work we'll do the most expensive thing. Hoping the least expensive thing solves it, and it did, that solved it. Even that was $400, don't know what the most expensive thing was. We've been going there for 30 years, and they are almost like a family member. We can do this or that, how long do you want to keep this car we can probably get 5,000 miles out of this before we really need to do something, do you want to do it or not. They are just honest as the day is long. We go to other places and they are always trying to up sale you. In fact we just went through this with the dealer and they said here is the required maintenance for 45,000 mile, we pulled it off the site. I said no I want to have what is in the book done. They said we can do that for you it will be $50. I called Toyota and told them what had happened at the dealership and asked if I needed to have that done and they said no the information that came with your car is still valid, correct and up to date, that's what needed to be done, not what the dealership was telling you what needed to be done. That's why I love Merv's they don't do that kind of robbery. I'd give them "A's" all way through. I would absolutely use them again. One of the reasons they moved was, I used to tell people, when you go to this place you are going to want to turn around and leave because it was old and looked bad. I think that is a good part of the reason they moved. Where they moved is an older place, but it's a nice place. They have a very pleasant place now.

Merv has actually talked me OUT OF more than $2000 in work I wanted done, saying that we did not need the work.  He will not charge for or do work that is not needed.  His mechanics and entire staff are TOTAL professionals. I'm 68 yrs old, and Merv is the most reliable and ethical mechanic I have seen in my lifetime.
