Four months ago I would have given them an A but service has been slipping. We've been using the company for over two years and in that time had two consistent teams. They've had a turnover of employees and now we get new women every time. I need to show them what rooms to clean and have been told there is an additional fee for wiping down interior windows. The cleanings are no longer consistent in quality. Now I feel I must begin to inspect their work and will no longer leave a blanket tip.

Disappointing. I had cleared all the clutter from the areas to be cleaned and it still took them an extraordinary amount of time to clean counter tops and floors. I felt they could have done a lot more in the time allotted. When I talked to the owner she gave the impression the cleaners said my house was very dirty. It was not. Very little furniture, no clutter. The cleaners seemed to take their time as they knew I was paying by the hour. Very disappointing.

We highly recommend the Springfield office. Myrna and her sister have been coming to our house every two weeks for over three years. They are a wonderful team, always arrive as promised, always extremely thorough.....we could not ask for more :)

Sylvia has been coming for 3 years and is absolutely fabulous. Occassionally we get other cleaners in as well who have also always been very good. We have 4 dogs and they have all been great with the dogs which is a huge bonus for us. I also work from home and they were always very considerate about letting me know when they'd be arriving and not disturbing me if I was on a call. The only reason we're canceling serivce is because we're moving out of their service area.

They did a very good job, were prompt in their arrival.

I felt that they did a superficial housecleaning job. I would not use their services again in the future.

They come every two weeks. I haven't had any problems with their service. They do everything I ask them to. They are very punctual. I mostly deal with the people in the office because most of the cleaners are not English speaking, but they know what they are doing. Some I can communicate with.

I had great overall experience. I hired them to come twice a month to vacuum, and clean bathrooms and the kitchen. They cleaned anything I asked them to do. They kept a standard routine when they came to clean. They left the place looking great. I would highly recommend them.

I have been using their service for more than three years. They are reliable and there has been a very few times that they have not shown up when I was expecting them. They do not come at a particular time, but they come on the day they are supposed to come. They do good job. Their price has not gone up since we hired them. Their price is competitive and it has not gone up. They come every two weeks. They call several times to try to get feed back from us. I would use their service in the future too.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME IN AND DO THE JOB EXPECTED FROM THEM. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND GET THE JOB DONE IN A GOOD TIME SPAN. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO BE.
