Hoping the pillow will show up. We are not in love with the mattress either.........

I did a little bit of comparison shopping, and this place had good prices. I have been going here for five years. I was satisfied with the quality of the mattress. I had no problems with their responsiveness.

They sold me a thicker mattress and thinner box spring so my bed would not be so high in the air. They were very nice and not pushy. They delivered the bed and took off the old bed and there were no additional charges.

The gentleman who assisted me was a good sales guy. He didn't apply too much pressure, he let me try out a bunch of different mattresses and take my time, and he encouraged me to choose one that I liked without being too aggressive. That's what I look for in my mattress salesman.

Great. The sales rep allowed me to browse for quite a while without being overbearing. Once I made a decision and the sale was completed, he explained the delivery process. He stated the Mattress set would be delivered on Friday between 8 and 10 am, and that the driver would call 30 minutes prior to delivery. On Friday at 7:40 am I received a call from the driver saying he would be there in 30 minutes. They came, took the mattress from the old bed and put the new mattress in place. They even did a little round robin for me moving the old mattress to the guest bed and taking that mattress instead since it was older. One of the few companies I have dealt with recently that did exactly what they said they would. Extremely professional. Will definitely buy my next mattress set from them again.
