Master floors, Inc. have been in business since 2002 serving the D.C. metro area under the direction of Stephen Kim. We handled the installation of Home Depot and Expo Center Flooring work for the Northern VA Area. We utilize a 20,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility in Springfield, VA. We do wholesale as well as consumer retail with most products in stock for immediate installation service. Free in-home consultation with samples. We will set up an appointment at customer's convenience to provide the measurement and a written estimate. We'll go over the full scope of work and the process. well about 3 weeks ago we had a get together at his house and with out him mention it the first thing i noticed were the stairs heading to the upper level of his house, and they looked very nice. my partner and i all we could talk about were those stairs and maybe getting some work done at the house.
On Tuesday July 29th, i contacted Floors depot talked to Mr. Kim asked to stop by to give us an estimate for flooring in our basement, we wanted to star from the lower level, we talked about prices and materials finally we ended up going with this Brazilian cherry that just gave so much life to our basement, now its our favorite room in the whole house and we cant wait to get the rest of the house done.

many other cmpanies had come by, but all said that it would be extremly dificult to match our existing floor. They wanted to us to go with their floor selection in some cases the flooring samples they had were night and day.
Once Mr. Kim came to our house we were expecting some of the same but to our surprise, Mr. kim not only knew what kind of floor but also Knew the builder whom had built the house, after a couple of minutes he had produces a sample board that contained the exact match of the our floor. We proceded with the stimate, gave us a time line for delivery installation and most important a price.
To us it seemed just the right price, we went ahead signed a contract and before we knew it our floor had been installed.One more thing the Installers have to be the most hardworkers that i have ever seen, i was so impresed by them .
