Poor quality of work Over priced Not professional

I was so optimistic when I hired this company. It had great reviews and I was contacted immediately. We set up the date a month back and then I was contacted the day before asking for a convenient time. We decided on 1:00 and I voiced my concerns about how I needed the floors and bathrooms really clean. I was assured 3 ladies would show up and get it done. Wrong. 2 people showed up at 11:40. I just happened to be home so I let them start. After 4 hours they packed up and asked how I was paying. I told them cash but I’d like to inspect the work. They didn’t bother mopping the hardwood floors in the hall of the second floor- visibly dirty. The toilets were dirty on the floor behind them. The cabinets had not been wiped down in the kitchen and the kitchen floors still looked dirty. One lady came back in and mopped again. After they were paid and left I opened the pantry door to find that they hadn’t swept or mopped it! When my husband talked to Tamara she actually got defensive and when I emailed her the pictures I took of the substandard cleaning, she did not reply. No apology, no trying to make it right. I would NEVER recommend this company!!!
