I ordered the glass 10 days ago, and took time off to get glass installed. Chris Lopez showed up 3 hours ahead of schedule that day when I was at work. He had his manager call me to tell me that he can only install at that moment and would not come back during our scheduled time. Then he asked his manager to call me and ask me for the key to my house. I was at work and couldn't leave at that moment. Anyway, he left and didn't come back. He was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. They already collected half of the money ($290), but never completed the service.

They first stopped by and took measurements and provided quote by e-mail the same day.  Payment was very easy to conduct by phone.  They stated it would take approximately 7-10 days to order the window (which was not a standard size).  They contacted us within 5 business days and scheduled installation. They showed up on time, finished the job in about an hour and cleaned up after all the work was done.  They were very professional in the service they provided. Great job.

Shower looks awesome and cabinets look good. Glass shelves were not installed with right size pegs, seemingly, so one of the shelves collapsed when I pulled a bottle from it, causing a massive mess. Have been asking for shelves to be fixed for a month. No reply. Wrote a check for tinting windows (so people couldn't see inside) and check was cashed a month ago, but no one has shown up to do the work, despite my being promised it would be done ''soon'. Check was cashed a month ago - have been following up every couple days since. Office folks are very nice but the work simply isn't getting done. I've been told that work will be done on several separate occasions, but no one shows up. I don't get it, but could not recommend this company to a friend.

Two man work crew showed up on time --20 minutes early actually, but this wasn't a problem for me.  It took them a couple of hours and they were neat and professional in their work, laying a tarp down for all of their materials and cleaning up after themselves. They left my bathroom the way they found it (with the exception of a really nice shower door).  I would use them again.

I thought their price quote was too high. I've used them once before for a small piece of table glass then I took a template in and instead of everything being the perfect oval, it was a little bit wiggly according to my template. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great.

The mirror wasn't cut on the day I was told to pick it up but it was ready the next time I came with apologies for the inconvenience.  Everyone in the office was very friendly.

Lopez Glass called and scheduled a time convenient to us.  They were on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  The representative took measurements of the area and explained the different options possible.  He then scheduled an installation time to allow manufacturing of the custom made enclosure.  The installers arrived at our home as promised, they completed their work efficiently and always with the utmost respect to our property.  Upon completion the installer requested I review the installation and verify it was satisfactory. My husband later viewed their work and found a small flaw, which was communicated to Lopez Glass.  They immediately responded with a second visit, new measurements, assessment of the issue and prompt correction.  All this completed within days.  There was no waiting, rudeness, or negation of liability. In addition, Lopez Glass provided a General Liability Release of Claims as stated in the State of Virginia Laws.  Overall, our experience with this company, their employees, management and administration was superb.  I would recommend Lopez Glass, not only for the incredible pricing (especially in this inflated area) but their customer service, punctuality, response, professionalism, quality of work and quality of product.  The enclosure is both beautiful and well constructed.

When we first contacted them they were very prompt at setting up an appointment, and showed up on time for the appointment. They were somewhat flexible on the pricing and payment, and seemed reasonably priced compared to others we had received quotes from. They were two hours late for the early morning install when I finally called them. I had taken off of work for them to perform the services. They informed me they had an emergency call and would be able to make it out the next day. Eventually agreeing to come out late that evening at 5pm. The two installers were missing parts and had to call two others to bring additional parts, I only discovered this when two more people showed up ringing the door bell. Around 7:30 that evening they informed me they still don't have all the right pieces. Over the next several days they would promise to be here with the parts at specific times. Three times they missed appointments and never called, I would call them several hours after the appointment only to hear an excuse as to why they didn't show, and a promise that they would show up the next day. The installers assistants were unfriendly never acknowledging our presence and made themselves at home, using additional facilities about the house without asking, etc. It's was over a week that we were without our master shower, for something that was only supposed to be 2.5 hours. It looks great, but unfortunately there was much heartache and a lot of missed time from work to make it happen.
