LCS Site Services, LLC

Landscape Construction Services, Inc installed sewer/water lines under difficult circumstances, where a prior plumber had failed (and had walked off the job, leaving the site a mess). LCS exceeded my expectations in every phase of the operation. They clearly take the adage "measure twice, cut once" to heart, as they were extraordinarily careful with the excavation and layout of the new system. The resulting system passed inspection easily, trenches were backfilled, and the site quickly restored. The site manager coordinated the work with me and existing sewer service was only briefly interrupted before cutting over to the new system. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for excavation/plumbing services, and will use them again in the future. I also got to see LCS in action when they were hired to demolish a house next to ours and to prepare the site for construction. I was amazed by how efficiently they worked, and how quickly the site was made ready for building.
